Starter Vape Kit seasonal demand planning — a guide
Buyers come to us for starter vape kit after a bad quarter: dead stock on one side, empty shelves on the other. The cause is usually the same, an assortment built from a catalogue instead of from sell-through data. This page explains how we rebuild that balance for convenience store chains.

What we test before a carton is sealed
We ship starter vape kits to distributors, chain buyers and independent shops. What follows is the material we normally cover in a first conversation: what we hold in stock, how we test it, how it ships, and what happens when a carton arrives damaged.
We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.
7 separate checks run before a carton is sealed: electrical, mechanical, leak, finish and packaging. Anything outside tolerance is quarantined the same day and reported to you, rather than shipped with a hope and a discount.
What a sensible opening order looks like
Colour range is where assortments quietly die. Six finishes look impressive in a brochure and disastrous on a shelf with 40 cm of space. We recommend two finishes per core SKU and let the trial line carry the novelty.
A practical starting order for convenience store chains is 200 units across two or three SKUs, not 200 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
Lead times, freight and landed cost
Transit times move with the season. Book space early for Q4 and around Chinese New Year, when factory output pauses for two to three weeks and freight rates tighten at the same time.
We can consolidate mixed orders of starter vape kits into one shipment. Consolidation saves freight but adds handling days, so we quote both a consolidated and a split option and let you choose.
- Batch codes traceable from carton back to production date
- Consolidated or split shipping, quoted both ways
- Private label files archived for future rebrands
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
- Mixed SKU cartons to spread first-order risk
- Seven-day defect reporting with replace-or-credit
Unit price versus landed cost
We publish a realistic band of 3.00 to 9.02 per unit for standard configurations at 200 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Currency moves more than most buyers expect over a twelve month supply plan. We quote in USD and hold the price for 30 days from confirmation so your margin calculation is not guesswork.
Specification summary
| Battery | 500 mAh |
| Pod capacity | 2.5 ml |
| Coil resistance | 1.2 ohm |

| Charging | USB-C 5V/1A |
| Packaging | Blister pack |
| Minimum order | 200 units per SKU, mixed cartons allowed |

None of this is complicated. It is just written down, which is more than most buyers get before they wire a deposit.
Frequently asked
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 200 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Split shipments are quoted separately because consolidation and splitting price differently. Tell us the destination list at quotation stage and we will show both options.
