The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.
How the price is actually built
We publish a realistic band of 2.71 to 8.78 per unit for standard configurations at 500 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For convenience store chains the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.

Batch consistency and why it matters
